1. On download you will be asked to either 'Open' or 'Save'
2. Select 'Open'
3. The completed form will display on the screen
4. From the FILE menu choose 'Save As'; saving the file to a folder in your computer
5. Make sure the file extension you 'save as' is HTML
6. You can now use your HTML editor to re-write the page
